Tori Burke brings a dynamic, cross-functional background to her work in legal recruiting, shaped by experience spanning brand marketing, operations, entrepreneurship, and talent acquisition. She began her career in the outdoor industry, contributing to well-known brands including Atomic Skis, Fischer Skis, Mountain Sports International (now Dragonfli Media), and Resort Sports Network (now Outside TV).
Building on that foundation, Tori launched her own venture focused on developing customized training platforms for clients across a range of industries. This entrepreneurial chapter gave her a comprehensive understanding of how organizations operate—from strategy and execution to talent and culture—informing her thoughtful, business-minded approach to recruiting.
Most recently, Tori expanded her expertise in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition within the security and technology sectors, further sharpening her ability to identify, engage, and place high-impact talent. Her work is grounded in a people-first philosophy, paired with a practical understanding of what drives organizational success.
Tori holds a degree from Montana State University and is based in New Hampshire, where she and her family enjoy everything the outdoors has to offer.
