Stacy Rodenhiser has an extensive background in both Human Resources and Executive leadership positions. For over 25 years she has succeeded in multiple public and privately held Organizations, which has resulted in significant experience in identifying and understanding the importance of finding the right match for her clients. Stacy has recruited for many strategic positions in several areas such as legal professionals, accounting professionals, Senior Executive leadership, in the trenches staffing, and most recently technology professionals. Between career development and an overall coaching and consulting approach, she identifies what makes an employment relationship a success for all key stakeholders involved.  

She is known for her negotiation skills as well as her ability to mentor employees in their career growth and development. Stacy simultaneously brings value to the client and candidate, ultimately merging the recruiting gap.

Stacy received her Bachelor of Science degree from Georgia State University and currently lives in Atlanta, Georgia.
