Rhia is the first to serve as a Recruiting Sourcer for the ImpactSearch team. She does the behind-the-scenes research to assist the recruiters in their client searches and looks at each job as a puzzle that needs the perfect piece to fit specific roles.  

She holds a Bachelor degree in Education from Duquesne University and a Masters in Education with a Technology focus from Johns Hopkins University. Rhia spent 10 years in the classroom before resigning to raise her family.
