Kelly started her recruiting career managing high-volume clients in the manufacturing space. She quickly learned how to build relationships and be completely effective under pressure. With a newfound passion for sales, she transitioned to a hyper-growth tech company as a lead generation representative. During her tenure, she built strong relationships and developed exceptional communication skills while learning that she loved the technology scene.
