Heather joins the Impact Search Partners team with a strong background in both the agency and corporate sides of recruiting. She brings a strong national network from her successful sales and marketing career with industry leaders and a strong foundation as a technical recruiter at a large global management consulting firm where she gained valuable insight into many areas of technology and business.

Heather is a graduate of the University of Georgia with a BBA in Marketing. She has called Atlanta home for over 35 years where she is very active and gives back by volunteering with multiple organizations in her community. She is a relationship builder at heart that combines strong customer service and integrity to exceed her clients’ expectations.
