Erin’s passion for recruiting stems from her desire to make people’s lives better. She enjoys building personal relationships with her candidates and helping them find the perfect job. She’s delighted to be working with Impact Search Partners for this very reason… to help advance the achievements of potential candidates and the next company they work for. Previously, Erin was the founder/CEO of a successful children’s yoga startup in Boulder, CO, and a secondary school teacher in the US and abroad. She is relentlessly driven and always up for a challenge.

Erin received her undergraduate degree from the University of Colorado at Boulder and her master’s degree from Plymouth State College.

Erin lives with her family in the mountains of Colorado. She is an avid skier, mountain biker, Yogi, and runner. She is originally from New Hampshire, where most of her extended family still lives.
