Dawn Pike joins the ImpactSearch Partners team with a wealth of experience on both the agency and corporate sides of recruiting. Most recently specializing in the healthcare technology field, she hopes to expand that vertical within ImpactSearch’s already strong portfolio of tech software clients. Although Dawn has always worked in Atlanta, her reach is nationwide. Her clients are headquartered across the country, giving her the opportunity to place candidates in multiple states. With a career spent building strong relationships, she is consistently rewarded with return business from her existing clients. Dawn prides herself on truly understanding the needs of her clients and they depend on her when they need to increase headcount.

Dawn has a Journalism degree from the University of Georgia and continues to use her local contacts to develop new business. She has consistently been a top producer among her peers and excels in placing leadership roles. Dawn spent two years early in her career with ImpactSearch before leaving for an exciting opportunity on the corporate side and six years later, we are thrilled to have her back.

As a Georgia native, Dawn has developed a strong local network that she’s been extremely successful using to develop contacts around the country.
