As ImpactSearch Partners Operations Manager, Carol analyzes and improves the organizational processes and procedures to improve quality, productivity, and efficiency. She provides weekly analytics, maintains customer financial relations, assists with team onboarding and training initiatives, and more.

After graduating from Kennesaw State University with a degree in Marketing, Carol’s professional background began in corporate IT project management. She worked for multiple Fortune 500 companies and more recently spent her time chairing several non-profits, as well as, running her own small business, prior to joining our team.
