With the holidays winding down, we would like to take some time to reflect on what was a “crazy”, fast paced year. From a business perspective, ImpactSearch Partners had another record year of revenue growth. Looking back, I feel a few components attributed to our growth and success.
The most important ingredient is our amazing team here at Impact. Over nearly 20 years, we have worked with many different recruiters, but we all agree that this current team is the best and brightest. The other component is the partnerships we have created with our existing, repeat clients and new clients.
We have also diversified our recruiting services this year. Professional Services is an area we have seen over 200% growth within our firm. We have completed many successful searches for the legal, accounting, healthcare and financial services sectors. Leadership searches in marketing, sales, finance, and IT continued to grow at a record pace. With over 170 successful placements this year, we are excited to keep growing and servicing our amazing clients and candidates.
Our big news at ImpactSearch this year is that our wonderful “partner” in crime, Cheryl Abbott, will be retiring this month. While we have been celebrating this amazing milestone all year, we capped off the celebrations with a retirement/client appreciation party in November. Cheryl has been an absolute visionary helping grow ImpactSearch and will be missed by everyone. She is not only a great business partner, but an amazing friend. Her business development skills are second to none and she has some of the greatest relationships with Atlanta’s best. We thank her for all her hard work, dedication, and commitment to ISP. As we look forward to the coming, we feel like a positive change is on the horizon. We are confident this will be a great year of growth of our internal team, taking on new clients and diversifying our scope, and working towards ImpactSearch’s “give back” to the community initiatives.
This team will continue to crush our goals and keep providing the top tier attention and service to our clients and candidates.
