Legal Recruiting Coordinator

Rhia is ImpactSearch team’s Legal Recruiting Coordinator; supporting and assisting with the growing Legal practice area. She first came on board as the first Recruiting Sourcer for the ImpactSearch team, doing behind-the-scenes research to assist the recruiters in client searches and looking at each job as a puzzle that needed the perfect piece to fit specific roles.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in education from Duquesne University and a Master’s in Education with a Technology focus from Johns Hopkins University. Rhia spent 10 years in the classroom before resigning to raise her family.
