Rachel VanderPol joins ImpactSearch Partners with a strong desire to connect candidates with new opportunities and help clients fill vital roles in their growing companies. 

After spending 7 years in teaching, Rachel is eager to bring her passion and energy for helping others to ImpactSearch. A coach at heart, Rachel loves to engage with clients and candidates to truly uncover their unique needs to find the absolute best fit and solution. Rachel enjoys keeping a diverse client base, speaking to candidates with numerous skill sets, backgrounds, professional licenses, and certifications.

Rachel holds a degree from Liberty University in Health Education where she also played Division 1 Volleyball. In addition to family and work, Rachel is an accomplished Volleyball coach and program director, winning the 2021 State Championship with Greater Atlanta Christian School.
