A graduate of the University of Arizona (Go Wildcats!), Kailey brings nearly five years of recruiting expertise across the tech, legal, and finance sectors. With a deep connection to Southern California, she’s spent much of her life embracing the beauty and opportunities of the West Coast and is thrilled to represent ISP’s work in the West.

Kailey is passionate about being involved in her community and has been an active participant in the 100 Women Who Care Conejo Valley philanthropic group. As a proud mom to a baby boy, she’s embracing her new perspective of motherhood and finding new ways to contribute to her community.

Kailey thrives on helping candidates find career opportunities that inspire and challenge them, guiding them through the hiring process with dedication and care.
