A graduate of the University of Georgia, Julianne began her career in management before transitioning into human resources and staffing, where she discovered her love for recruiting. She built a strong foundation in talent acquisition by supporting large-scale national retail and e-commerce organizations and developed a deep appreciation for connecting people with meaningful career opportunities.

Julianne’s experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments, and her commitment to building lasting relationships, make her a valuable asset to the Impact Search Partners team. She is driven by the opportunity to help candidates find roles that align with their goals and values.

Julianne lives in Athens, GA with her husband, two Irish Setters, and a lively flock of chickens. Outside of work, she enjoys live music, cheering on the Georgia Bulldogs, and supporting Athens’ new hockey team, the Rock Lobsters.
