Caitlin Maloof has an extensive sales background that she has successfully transitioned to recruiting in the SaaS space. Her career began in Boston at a large software company where she was quickly promoted. After moving to Atlanta, she spent 5 years in the sales engineering space where she was the #1 revenue producer. In Caitlin’s time at ImpactSearch, she has won top president’s club awards noting her achievement with landing new clients and recruiting valuable talent.
Caitlin spent time recruiting within the private equity space placing leadership roles ranging from VP of Sales to Board Member. With contacts around the country, Caitlin has successfully built a nationwide network of resources. Caitlin makes it her mission to understand the culture a company is looking to build as well as the value the product or services brings to the market in order to find the best talent available.
Caitlin has a degree in Professional Sales from Elon University in North Carolina. Caitlin remains active in the sales and pre-sales community and enjoys consulting organizations on how to land top sales and solution engineering talent.
Today, Caitlin lives north of Atlanta and partners with software companies nationwide to understand their needs and provide high quality talent.
